5 lamb loin chops; cut to 1––1.25” thickness


Begin by preheating your oven to 425 degrees F. Broil lamb loin chops for about 4 to 6 minutes per side until medium-rare. Pull from heat when internal temperature reaches 135˚F and let the meat rest for 10 minutes. 

Serve with roasted vegetables and garnish with seasonal herbs.
